-more-

Sitron's Fence started as Ron Sitton's personal website while attending the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. When he moved to Ohio to teach while working on his dissertation, he added Sitron's Post as an "outpost" to keep one site at UTK and another at Muskingum College. After finishing his education and returning to Arkansas to teach at the University of Arkansas at Monticello, Sitton gathered relevant materials to start Comm-Stop, continue e-Media and house his Portfolio.

But not everything fits neatly into a university setting, especially after gathering so many personal items over the years. Not all of that hard work should be laid aside, forgotten like the sands of time, especially when it's possible to archive such material online so that it never gets lost due to a terrabyte falling off a coffee table. In its current incarnation, Sitron's Fence hosts Sitron's Post, Sitron's Sounds and Wanderlust, as well as Wisdom and Other Fine Sayings (a collection of witticisms).

You may notice -more- actually leaves this site and takes you to the personal blog Sitton updates more often than The Southerner Journal, which he will post to whenever his thoughts hold particular relevance for his native South. And occasionally, he'll even sweep the dust off The Southerner archives, Tattau's Gallery or the Southern Compendium. Unfortunately, they tend to be a lot of stuff gatherin' dust.

If you truly wish to catch up, friend him on facebook or email sitron45 at hotmail dot com. Considering his schedule, it may take awhile for a reply ... but he will.
